Det er endvidere formålet ved hjælp af klostrets store sal og i nært samarbejde med Løgumkloster Højskole at holde møder for egnens befolkning og tillige kurser af kortere eller længere varighed for deltagere fra hele landet. Hensigten med denne side af gerningen er at støtte det kirkelige, folkelige og kulturelle liv i grænseegnen ved en formidling af kristendom, dansk ånd og dansk kultur. Arbejdet, der vil tage sigte på en vækkelse og styrkelse af det kristelige, nationale og kulturelle liv i Sønderjylland, skal have et fælles kirkeligt og fælles folkeligt præg på Folkekirkens grund
